Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form
A. Instructions on Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rita Stoltze, Lost Exit, Bergstr. 23, 48249 Dülmen, Germany, Tel.: ++49(0)2594 909 228, E-Mail: info@lostexit.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our website at the internet address https://www.catsuitkontor.de/index.php?main_page=widerrufsformular&form_id=2. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
